Dave is an experienced, highly versatile drummer and drum tutor from Eastbourne on south coast UK. Over the past few years he has performed and recorded with musicians as wide ranging as Cuban violin virtuoso Omar Puente, Jazz vocalist Tina May, Soul saxophonist Ben Appleby, bassist Neil Fairclough (Billy Cobham, Steve Ferrone), Canadian jazz guitarist George Koufogiannakis, including the recordings ‘Explorations in Improvised Music’ and ‘Creative Jazz’, and many more. Dave also works with Off The Wall with whom he has completed three European tours, recorded two live CDs and two live DVDs, including the acclaimed ‘Live in Berlin’ DVD described by the BBC as ‘Possibly the best concert experience you’ll ever have’. Dave has a degree in Jazz Studies and when not touring, maintains a private teaching schedule.
